So, it was 9:30 this evening, my daughter's Princess Tiana (Disney's Princess & the Frog) birthday party is tomorrow at 1:00 PM. And despite my "resolution" to not procrastinate, I have no card made. I googled pics of Tiana and was just going to color print one onto cardstock and call it good. But then I sat there staring at the pic while drinking my rum & coke (it was
that kind of night) and decided
my princess deserved my best. Well, this is my best at recreating Tiana's lilypad dress. With no pre-planned supplies, I had to go with what was on hand...Below are details of the bodice and skirt and the pic I was originally going to use, but just ended up being my inspiration.
